When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this cottage, located at N4194 State Highway 180, Marinette, Wisconsin, is perfect for you. Everything about it is new and the cottage is extremely clean! It has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the Menominee River, while the other bedroom has a bunk bed with full-size mattresses for family or friends. Each bedroom has quality bedding and pillows. This cottage has one bathroom that has a tiled shower stall. There is a living room/kitchen area for the everyone to gather together after a long day on the water to play games, read books, or watch TV. There is a leather futon in the living room if an extra sleeping space is needed. Open up the double patio doors that lead out to your own private patio to watch the river go by—maybe you’ll see loons or our resident bald eagle. You also have your own private fire-pit area with Adirondack chairs to sit around, tell stories, and enjoy the stars.

Security Deposit: The first $200 of the invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. The $200 acts as your security deposit. The security deposit is non-refundable.
