The River House, located at N4194 State Highway 180, Marinette, Wisconsin, was an original cabin that got added on to and added on to and added on to until there was absolutely no flow to it at all. Like the cottages, it has been completely renovated to be a beautiful location for gathering friends and family together. The house has an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. It has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-sized bed, a sitting area, a private bathroom, and is completely surrounded by windows facing the river. On the main floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a wall of windows facing the river. There is one full bathroom and one half-bath on the main floor, along with a separate area that has a queen bed and a futon that can convert into an extra sleeping space. Additionally, you will have a washer and dryer for your personal use. You have your own fire pit area and gas grill to use.

Nightly Rates* for 2025

January 1-February-March 31: $300/night

April 1-May 10: $350/night

May 11-June-July-August-September-October 18: $400/night

October 19-November-December 31: $375/night

Security Deposit: The first $200 of the invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. The $200 acts as your security deposit. The security deposit is non-refundable.

Cleaning Fee: $150

Pet Surcharge: $50 per pet

I rented all three cottages for a 60th Anniversary Surprise Party. We entertained 40 people and the yard and fire pits were great for casually visiting with family, sharing stories, and playing games. Dinner was served buffet style inside The River House. Accommodations for serving and clean up were great. Fun was had by all. My family was very impressed and comfortable as we shared 2 nights together on the banks of the Menominee River!

We rented the River House with 3 bedrooms and the Pine Cone Cottage with 2 bedrooms. Plenty of room for 12 adults and 6 children. We used the room next to the laundry room as a 4th bedroom for 2 adults in the River House. A great place for a family vacation for boating, jet skiing, fishing, and just relaxing.
